The Program of Tahfidz Al-Qur’an at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) of Al Aysar Cipocok Jaya serves as a cornerstone for student character building and religious academic achievement. However, the current implementation—specifically the monitoring of daily new memorization (ziyadah) and review (muroja'ah), as well as the analysis of memorization target achievement—relies on conventional methods using physical tracking logbooks (mutaba’ah book). This conventional system faces significant drawbacks, including a high risk of data loss or damage, delays in reporting memorization progress to parents, and a slow analysis process regarding target achievement percentages by the Tahfidz Coordinator and the Principal for curriculum evaluation. This research aims to design and develop a centralized, responsive, and integrated web-based information system for monitoring and analyzing Tahfidz target achievement. The system development methodology employed is the Waterfall model of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), encompassing requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and implementation. The system was built using PHP with the Laravel framework, a MySQL database, and a Bootstrap interface. The results demonstrate the successful implementation of the web-based system, facilitating three key user roles: the Admin/Coordinator, the Teacher/Instructor, and the Student's Guardian. The system features a module that automatically calculates memorization target achievement percentages based on page/verse portion algorithms and provides interactive graphical visualizations. Black Box Testing yielded a 100% functional success rate, while User Acceptance Testing (UAT) indicated a user satisfaction level of 91.4%. The system has proven effective in enhancing operational efficiency regarding memorization record-keeping and improving communication transparency between the school and parents.
